The Board of Review (BOR) consists of a 3-person panel and 1 alternate serving a 2-year term. The BOR is charged with the responsibility of hearing appeals of property values as established by the Assessor in March, and also meets in July and December, if necessary, to make allowable corrections as presented by the Assessor.
