Access to Public Meetings
The Charter Township of Garfield will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon the provision of reasonable advance notice to Garfield Township. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact Garfield Township by writing or calling the Township Clerk (231) 941-1620.

Planning Commission
The Charter Township of Garfield Planning Commission meets on the second Wednesday of each month, except for the months of November and December.
Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on an “as needed” basis. If necessary, the regular meeting dates of the Garfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals are scheduled the third Thursday of each month, beginning at 6:00pm.
